The Foundation is organized and operated in accordance with the rules and regulations governing tax-exempt organizations described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. On August 22, 2007, the IRS formally recognized The Bryce Foundation as being exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3). Contributions to the Foundation are deductible under section 170 of the Code.
